This Privacy Policy describes how DEL ESTE DIVERSIONES S.A. ('Del Este', 'we') collects, uses, and protects personal information from users who interact with our digital properties, including the institutional site at delestediversiones.com.br, WhatsApp and Instagram communication through our messaging platform, and Google/phone login at the local.delestediversiones.com.br portal.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the minimum necessary: name (when provided), phone number (for OTP authentication), email address (for Google login), messages you send through Meta Business channels (Instagram, WhatsApp), and IP address + technical browser metadata for security purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. Legal basis (Paraguay + LGPD)
We operate under Paraguayan gaming regulations (CONAJZAR) and follow SEPRELAD directives. Brazilian users additionally benefit from the protections of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD 13,709/2018).
3. Third-party sharing
We use Meta Business services (Instagram, WhatsApp Cloud API) and Google (OAuth login), subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data via the form at /en/data-deletion or via our institutional WhatsApp.
